  Your Baby’s Health is in your Hands. The key to a healthy baby is taking control of your pregnancy as early as possible so that the right decisions are made right from the start. Too many babies are being born early or with unhealthy low birth weight. Every week in Stanislaus County, 1 infant dies. Many of these deaths could be prevented through early adequate prenatal care and proper infant care. There are many things pregnant families can do reduce the risk of having a baby with health problems.
