Nutrition Network Program[NNP]
 
Illustration graphic for Saludable es Vivir SaludableThe Nutrition Network program seeks to increase Californians consumption of fruits and vegetables to 5 or more daily servings, increase daily physical activity to at least 30 minutes for adults and 60 minutes for children, and achieve full participation in Federal food assistance programs. Nutrition education and physical activity promotion is done through presentations and activities conducted throughout Stanislaus County.

Target Population: Provider, Educators, Healthy Start/Head Start Coordinators

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (presentations may be scheduled after 5:00 p.m.)

Address:
Presentations can be conducted at locations throughout Stanislaus County
Eligibility:
Low-income food stamp eligible residents of Stanislaus County (185 percent of the federal poverty level). Schools that have 50 percent or more of their student population eligible free or reduced price lunch
