You
are eligible for the program if you:
- Are between the ages of 21 and 65 years.
- Are a Stanislaus County resident
- Are a Federally Qualified Alien or U.S. Citizen
- Are physically unable to work for more than 12 months
- Have proof of application to Medi-Cal, SSI/SSA
- Have no other Third-Party coverage
- Are uninsured or under insured
- Have assets that do not exceed 150% the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Have income that does not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
