- Provides free outpatient health care to children ages 0-5
and prenatal care to pregnant women
- For uninsured residents of Stanislaus County who are low and
mid-level income families at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty
Guidelines
- Limited to a 90 day window while the patient receives assistance
with applications for Medi-cal or the Healthy Families Program
- Offers dental benefits for children ages 0-5 and pregnant
