You
are eligible for the program if you:
- Are a Stanislaus County resident
- Are Federally Qualified Alien
- Have no other Third-Party coverage
- Have no Medi-Cal linkage
- Are uninsured or under insured
- Have income that does not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
- If non-citizen, must meet Federally Qualified Alien Status
- Sponsored non-citizens must provide affidavits of support I-864.
