residents who would otherwise have little or no means
of access to or coverage for medical services:
- Medically Indigent Adult Program (MIA)
- Expanded access programs for indigents (IDG)
- Disability Evaluation Division (DED) Coverage
- Healthy Cubs Program (HCP)
