Sliding Fee Discount Program-For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size to ensure that quality compassionate health care is readily accessible to everyone.

  • Residency: You must be a resident of California.
  • Not Incarcerated: You cannot be incarcerated.
  • Not Eligible for
    • Medicare: You cannot be enrolled in Medicare or have employer-sponsored health coverage.
    • Income: Financial help, including premium tax credits and Medi-Cal eligibility, is based on your income.
    • Minimum Essential Coverage: You must not have minimum essential coverage from another source.
